"I have been a State Farm customer for 25+ years, with home, life, and car insurance. I have never had a problem with filling Claims. I will will give Alesea and the crew an A++++ rating on customer service. However, the fire claims department sucks. I had a house fire in March of this year, filling the Claim was easy. The original claims adjuster was on point, they were easy to reach, and return calls in a timely manner. The original adjuster went to another department and the service went to ground zero. The new adjuster has not been easy to reach, nor do he return calls. The contract company complete my house in April, however, I did not receive my things back until the end of July,. Although there were some discrepancies with the cleaning company but mainly due to the lack of communication and the adjuster not returning phone calls. Due to the lack of the adjuster not returning calls, it resulted in having to pay the additional months of storage. As of today I am still waiting on payment for my personal loss. I have submitted the list through the statefarm fire Claim mailbox in July and as well as providing receipts of items I had to purchase to live in my house again. I have made several calls to the adjuster and have not reviewed a return call. At one point, i reached out to the adjuster supervisor, i did receive a call back from her either. I guess I will have to reach out to faithful Alesea so she can reach out tonthe adjuster for a status. I'm a loyal customer who pays my insurance bill on time every month. The service that I am receiving is not acceptable. I need thr payment for my loss property, as I have punched some of the items that were lost."

"My experience with Ms Alase as a Agent is like setting on a screened in porch on a summer day, ice tea glass waiting to receive a sip or around the dining room table with a center piece 0f fall floral leaves, twigs of dry lavender, rosemary, seasonings for a cool evening stew. All this means is why rush. Insurance topics are like taxes, you know it's a thing that could go one way and you hope it don't go the other. So spending time measuring your weight in assets with someone programing the best outcome for your future, well how about another cup of coffee or tea, coco."

"Gary, has been nothing short of terrific by taking care of me on my Auto/Homeowners Insurance. All the paper work that I received, with my new Policies, Gary was quite thorough when explaining them to me. Gary beat both Premiums, that I was paying on my Old Insurance Co. that I had been with for well over 20 years.
